Relatively short-term and protocol based, CBT has been repeatedly shown to be effective in treating psychological problems, and preventing future relapse. Dr. Hergenrather’s practice is devoted largely to the treatment of major depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and insomnia.
