Dr.
Hoell has been in the practice of general psychiatry
in Missoula since 1977, serving in a variety of
public and private settings in this community. He
is pleased and honored to have joined Montana Neurobehavioral
Specialists in 2005.
Dr. Hoell attended Carroll College in Helena, and
received his medical training at the University
of Chicago. He interned at the University of Oregon
Medical Center and completed residency training
in psychiatry at the University of Colorado Medical
Center. He received his specialty certification
from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Hoell practices general adult psychiatry, including
inpatient, office and consultation work.
He has served in various offices of the Montana
Psychiatric Association, and has represented the
organization in the Assembly of the American Psychiatric
Association.
Dr. Hoell and his wife greatly enjoy living in
Missoula, socializing with friends and colleagues,
hiking, occasionally biking and reading. Dr. Hoell
admits to a fascination for the study of history
in general and the American Civil War in particular.
